When you search in plain English, Mady interprets your words into filters — role, location, work arrangement, pay, sponsorship. Those filters are shown to you above the results, so you can see how you were understood and change anything that's wrong.Match scores from clear signals
A match score combines skills, how relevant your experience is to the role, location, salary, experience level and work arrangement. It's a recommendation to help you prioritise — not a judgement and not a guarantee.Every reason is labelled
Each reason behind a score says where it came from: the employer's posting, the public sponsor register, your own profile, or Mady's interpretation. If something is Mady's reading of the facts, we say so.CV parsing produces a draft
