Support Worker

We are recruiting Support Workers to provide high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities across our community and supported living services in Northamptonshire.

We are looking for calm, resourceful and energetic people who bring motivation, reliability and a genuine commitment to helping others. In this role, you will deliver person-centred support in all areas of daily life, encouraging individuals to take part in community activities, build confidence and maintain their independence. You will communicate positively, engage meaningfully and demonstrate unconditional positive regard at all times. Working within a positive behaviour support framework, you will develop your skills, take responsibility and grow as a confident practitioner, contributing to a supportive and consistent team culture.

No Previous Experience Needed

We provide all of your training as you begin your new career in care, including the opportunity to work towards earning your QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. All employees have access to our training system where, through a combination of in person and e-learning courses, you can learn the skills required to develop in your role and progress toward senior roles.
